Agreement

By accessing or using LensBooth (the website and booth experience at lensbooth.app), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility & age

You must be old enough under the laws of your country to use interactive online services and to consent to these terms. If you are a minor, you may use LensBooth only with involvement of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for complying with local laws when capturing or sharing images of other people.

What LensBooth is

LensBooth is a web-based photo booth tool for creating photo strips and instant-style frames, including optional Shared Booth sessions with another person. The service is provided "as is" primarily for personal, non-commercial use unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Your content & responsibilities

• You own the photos you capture on your device.
• You are responsible for what you capture, download, share, or submit.
• You must have consent (and any legally required permissions) from people who appear in your photos or Shared Booth sessions.
• You agree not to use LensBooth for illegal, harmful, harassing, exploitative, non-consensual, or sexually explicit content involving anyone - especially minors.

Community submissions & feedback

If you voluntarily submit a strip or image to Community Spotlight, or send feedback:

• You grant LensBooth a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, review, moderate, display, and promote that submission in connection with LensBooth (for example on the site or social channels)
• You confirm you have the rights needed to grant that license
• We may approve, reject, feature, or remove submissions at our discretion

Sessions & storage

Booth sessions are temporary. Live capture generally stays in your browser unless you save or submit it. We may keep limited operational data (session IDs, aggregate stats, voluntary submissions/feedback) as described in the Privacy Policy. If you want lasting copies of captures, download or save them yourself.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse LensBooth, including attempting to disrupt sessions, abuse Shared Booth connections, scrape the service at unreasonable scale, bypass security controls, or interfere with other users.

Intellectual property

LensBooth branding, site design, product UI, and original written content (including blog posts) are owned by LensBooth or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute our brand assets or site content except as allowed by normal linking/sharing of public pages.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LensBooth is not liable for lost photos, device permission issues, network/WebRTC failures, downtime, or third-party service outages (including analytics or hosting). Use of the service is at your own risk.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. The "Last updated" date on this page reflects the latest revision.
